With this template, you can rout out a perfectly sized 9-1/4″ (235mm) x 11-3/4″ (298mm) opening using a template router bit with a bearing on the shank.

Machined from 18mm MDF (400mm x 560mm) for a perfectly smooth bearing surface and large enough for clamps.
