0.5t Capacity Tiger SS20 Corrosion Resistant Chain Block

The Tiger Lifting Products SS20 corrosion resistant chain block is manufactured with the highest quality steel and precision-machined to create a lightweight, durable construction that is highly resistant to impact damage. Its exceedingly small headroom allows for easy installation in cramped spaces, and its unique design features grant it extensive safety advantages over traditional chain blocks; making it the perfect choice for saltwater tasks with low-cost upkeep and maintenance..

These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009, ANSI/ASME B30.16, AS1418.2* and SANS 1594. Tiger Hoists fitted with overload limiters comply fully with NORSOK R-002.

* When fitted with load bearing swivel hooks, Tiger hoists comply fully with AS 1418.2

Key design features such as Tiger’s globally patented brake pawls and deep pocket design hand wheel along with the full and comprehensive testing regime they have submitted for theSS20 hoist to provide the evidence that allows them to state that these units can be safely used for “fleeting”, “drifting” and “cross-hauling” applications up to 45° from the vertical without deration.
