• 3x Mecalux pallet racking bays
• Suitable for storing Euro pallets – 800w x 1200d (mm)

• Industrial grade steel, Ideal for heavy duty use within your business
• Tested to FEM standards
• Upright frames are delivered fully assembled
• Blue uprights with a cataphoresis-electroplated finish
• Floor fixings and steel leveling plates are provided
• 2x safety locking pins per beam for extra security and to prevent dislodging
• Powder coated orange finish on the front/back beams
• Load capacity of up to 3300kg UDL per level (varies between width of bay)
• Additional levels are available – please contact us if you wish to do so as load capacities may change
• Pallet racking support beams are available separately – provide support to undersized or weaker pallets
• Upright frame leg protectors are available separately 
• Pack offers, extension bays and individual component custom builds are available

These bays must not be used as stand-alone single bays. All load capacities stated above are based on the exact configuration offered. If you are planning on adding or removing levels please contact us directly as this will change the configuration meaning the load capacities stated will not be accurate and therefore, not safe for use. Additionally, the level height should be built to the same height stated in the specification table as this will also affect the load capacity of the pallet racking. UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load) – The load capacities stated are the maximum weights each level can hold. This weight needs to be evenly distributed across each level.

Mecalux Pallet Racking is tested to TUV European standards and is compliant with FEM standards meeting all applicable safety regulations. This racking is the most effective solution for organising and storing your pallets efficiently – maximizing the space available.

Pallet Racking is for industrial use and is designed for storing heavy loads. Therefore, it is important that the racking is bolted down to a well structured, level ground before use. Please use professionally qualified installers (SIERS qualification is recommended).
