Bond carpet backings (jute, polypropylene, and non backed needle-punched) and vinyl flooring to concrete, underlayments, wood substrates, terrazzo and existing resilient on all grade levels as recommended by the flooring manufacturer. 60-90 minutes working time. Covers 140-160 sq. ft. per gallon on residential felt-back rotovinyl sheet flooring and coverage for carpet installations is 90-108 sq. ft. per gallon.
