Using 2-1/2″ (63.5mm) self-spacing character templates, you can quickly produce custom wooden-engraved signs without the need for layout lines or measuring. Just slide the letters into the adjustable rails, clamp your workpiece, and start routing.

The kit includes the Milescraft TurnLock™ universal 7″ (178mm) base plate. Setup is fast and tool-free, and the clear polycarbonate plate ensures full visibility of your cut. A durable 5/8″ (15.9mm) metal nose guide bushing keeps the router perfectly aligned with each template for crisp, consistent lettering.
