Description
The Milescraft TrackSawGuide combines the precision of a table saw with the portability of a circular saw. Using the saw you already own, it transforms tricky tasks like breaking down sheet goods, trimming doors, and cutting panels into straight, controlled, and repeatable cuts — without the expense of a dedicated track saw system.
Setup takes seconds: clamp the rigid aluminium rails, align the red cut strip to your pencil mark, and make accurate cuts up to 50″ (1270 mm) long. The universal base plate adapts to most 190 mm (7-1/2″) saws, while the low-profile design preserves cutting depth up to 50 mm (saw dependent). Need more reach? Connect additional GuideRails and extend the cutting range as far as the project demands.
Precision & Control
Easy-Align Red Cut Strip
Shows the exact path of the blade, making it simple to line up your cuts with confidence.
Rigid Aluminium Rails
Solid, low-profile construction reduces flex, ensuring straight and reliable results on every pass.
Repeatable Accuracy
Once set, the guide holds its position cut after cut — ideal for multiple rips or panels of the same size.
Build Quality & Design
Universal Base Plate
Adjustable mount works with most circular saws up to 190 mm (7-1/2″), eliminating the need for specialist equipment.
Low-Profile Rails
Keep the guide steady without sacrificing cutting depth — rip boards up to 50 mm thick (saw dependent).
Expandable System
Cut 50″ (1270 mm) with the included rails, or extend to any length using optional Milescraft GuideRails™.
Applications & Support
Versatile Cutting Tasks
From trimming doors to breaking down sheet goods or preparing furniture panels, and cutting solid boards, the TrackSawGuide™ makes awkward jobs easier and safer.
Quick, Secure Setup
