O Flute, Downcut, Spiral Router Bits – (1 Flute) Solid Carbide – Vortex 5740.

Cutting Edge Diameter 3/8″, Cutting Edge Length 1-1/4″, Shank Diameter 3/8″, Overall Length 3″.

These router bits provide good clean cuts in hard plastics while allowing the choice of downward chip removal which can enhance part hold down. These tools are manufactured with a polished flute which alows the chip to curl/form better, reduces heat and adds lubricity without the use of coatings.
