PROLUBE Grease Feeder with Nylon Base

The PROLUBE Grease Feeders offer a solution for lubricating bearing housings. These feeders use a spring compression mechanism to control the release of grease adjusting it based on the pressure from the spring, ensuring a pressure of 1-2 PSI. The 1/8″ (M) steel adaptor fits securely onto bearing housings, allowing for mounting and easy inspection of the grease level. The package includes both light and duty spare springs that can easily be changed, providing flexibility for various uses. These eco-friendly refillable feeders come with parts such as thread converters and angle adaptors. The dome is made from polycarbonate while the base is made from nylon, making them suitable for non-vibratory conditions.

These grease feeders are recommended for use with NLGI 0 to 4 separating grease on various equipment that has anti-friction, oscillating or roller bearings shielded bearings, with seals, bronze or open bearings or requires bearing flushing action.
