These flap wheels are made with premium Ceramic Grain with an added grinding aid to reduce heat build up. The Ceramic grain will outlast typical aluminum oxide flap wheels two to one on stainless steel and other nickel based alloys. They are a versatile abrasive that can be used in the shop for many different finishing tasks. Their flexibility allows the wheels to access hard to reach areas. Typical applications include;

• Deburring

• Surface preparation prior to coating

• Cleaning weld splatter

• Finishing pipes and cylinders
